Because of the hat, the sweat glands may be blocked that may result in leaving spots of sweating along the hair line.
Workouts may also involve swimming. In this case, it is recommended to make sure applying a leave in conditioner on the hair, prior to diving in the swimming pool. This would aid in preventing the hair damages due to the chlorine in the swimming pool.
After finishing the workouts, avoid washing the hair using hot water, as this may dry out the hair strands completely. It is recommended to shampoo the hair in luke warm water. If at all possible, before shampooing the hair, go for a massage of the scalp, so that you can provide stimulation to the hair follicles.
